Rope Bottom Warm Up

Build Strength and Flexibility for Rope Suspensions.

Service Description

This class REQUIRES class participation and room to move! Hope will Draw on her experience as a personal trainer, Dance teacher, Aerial silks performer, and Rope bunny to help you create a warm up and work out that you can do at home with little to no equipment that will help you build not only the flexibility many desire when bottoming for rope but the strength to tolerate holding those positions for longer! This class is suitable for ALL body types and fitness abilities! Hope has extensive experience helping a diverse range of abilities achieve their goals for rope bottoming fitness. Please wear something that is comfortable to move around in (yoga pants, or workout clothes)
